As a fully remote Talent & Operations Coordinator for the North America and LATAM region, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts while also managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is idóneo for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our IT recruitment and internal operations.
Your Main Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Support
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication across NA and LATAM.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Support sourcing efforts and assist with onboarding process.
Project & PMO Support
Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
Track project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of internal initiatives.
Back-Office & Administrative Tasks
Manage internal documentation, reporting, and team communications.
Cooperate HR and marketing teams with ad hoc tasks and process improvements.
What Are We Looking For
Business fluent English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work in USA Eastern Time Zone.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in IT recruitment or related HR roles is a plus.
Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is advantageous.
