General Summary
Qualcomm’s Creative Studio team is seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager of Studio Operations to support the successful delivery of multi‑disciplinary creative projects. This strategic role is central to ensuring efficient studio workflows, clear communication, and high‑quality outputs across a fast‑paced, high‑volume creative environment.

The Manager of Studio Operations will partner closely with studio leadership, creative team managers, and other studio operations staff to manage project planning strategy, resourcing (including intake and triage), and execution. The idóneo candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong background in creative operations, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. This individual thrives in a dynamic environment, brings clarity to complex workflows, and is passionate about enabling creative teams to do their best work.





The Creative Studio is a dynamic and innovative team that delivers world-class creative solutions to support Qualcomm’s business objectives. We work closely across the company’s marketing organization and with outside agency partners on projects across a wide range of mediums, including graphic and multimedia design, copy, video, environmental and experiential design, live event visuals and more. This position is based in our growing creative hub in Mexico City, which sits at the center of an evolving and ambitious creative strategy for the company. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
