Job Description
Reporting to the HSE Global Regional Manager and Site/Regional Leadership sets direction and strategy for the Sites/Area/Country assigned. Accountable for assigned site(s) and region HSE programs and activities and works with all relevant employees to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company HSE policies.



Works collaboratively with site leadership to ensure HSE priorities are delivered sufficiently.
Responsibilities
•Defines HSE priorities for area of responsibility and works collaboratively with Site Leaders and other department heads to drive continuous HSE improvement for several sites or countries.
•Manages multiple priorities and multiple sites to ensure HSE objectives are met. Ability to complete projects to support the Global Regional Manager objectives. Develop a strategy to ensure HSE continuous improvement within the assigned sites/region.
•Develops and manages the priorities of direct reports to ensure proper succession of the HSE function and responsibilities for the assigned area. Ensure resources are working to achieve the full HSE objectives.
•Drives HSE communication process to ensure compliance with all identified HSE requirements within their country(ies). Ensure input into HSE targets and improvemen
