About the Position:
We are looking for a System and Software Quality Engineer to join the Quality Electronics Business team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.
As the System and Software Quality at Marelli, you will be responsible for ensuring that electronic systems, embedded software,



and related development processes comply with customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable automotive/electronics industry regulations.
This role supports quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system/software design to validation, release, and post-launch support. The engineer works closely with system engineers, software developers, hardware teams, test engineers, project managers, manufacturing quality, and customer quality teams to prevent defects, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Ensure compliance with system and software development processes within the electronics division.
Monitor quality activities across the software and system development lifecycle.
Support adherence to standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirem
