What you will do:

Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns;
Handle creator outreach, coordinate back-and-forth logistics, and negotiate rates and deliverables at scale;
Manage creator pipeline — outreach, negotiation, contract, content,



and payment — and follow up proactively to keep things up to date;
Review and approve creator content drafts against brand and campaign guidelines;
Send and track creator agreements; process payments on schedule;
Maintain reporting on creator status, output, spend, and performance for stakeholders;
Flag disputes or at-risk relationships to the internal team with clear context;
Follow internal procedures and SOPs

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);
Experienced with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously;
Experience building and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboards;
Able to independently manage routine negotiations and approvals while knowing when to escalate;
