General Summary
Role Summary
The Social Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of content across the monthly calendar. This role ensures that all content is approved, and ready for final QA and publishing. Works on taking content efficiently from intake through publishing while surfacing risks, bottlenecks, and operational improvements, Maintaining alignment between stakeholders, priorities, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution

Manage day-to-day delivery of social media content across the monthly calendar

Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure content is completed on time

Maintain visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies

Ensure all content moves efficiently from intake → approval → final QA
- Calendar & Planning Management

Add, organize,



and update content entries (tickets/posts) in the editorial calendar

Support ownership of social publishing calendars and schedules

Align timelines across channels, campaigns, and regions, proactively identify gaps, overlaps, or capacity issues
- Stakeholder Management & Approvals

Own The End-to-end Stakeholder Approval Process, Including
- Ensuring content accuracy and message alignment before final QA
- Managing feedback loops and consolidating inputs
- Following up with stakeholders to unblock approvals

Work across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Product Marketing, BP&A;, Investor Relations)

Ensure all content meets stakeholder expectations prior to publishing

Escalate high-impact issues when needed (in alignment with operations lead)

Manage handoffs between Strategy, Programming, Creative Studio, agencies, and Publishing

Ensure all required inputs are accounted for before execution
