This leadership role will support the Finance organization by driving financial planning,



forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. The position will partner closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise growth initiatives.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, financial expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

Adecuado Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior leadership experience managing finance teams. (Manager, etc)
- Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L; management.
