The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of health client accounts.

This is a mid-level, multi-channel execution role. You're comfortable running Meta and Google as your core channels and can support on YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn when needed.

You'll work closely with account managers,



and creative teams to drive measurable results across your accounts. You'll be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting.

Agency experience is required. You've worked across multiple client accounts, you understand how to manage competing priorities, and you take ownership of campaign outcomes.

What You'll Own

Campaign Execution

Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads as primary channels
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience structures, and creative rotations across multiple accounts
Execute campaign structures aligned to funnel stages and client objectives

Multi-Channel Execution

Run Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), Google (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display),
Adapt execution to each channel's strengths and each client's funnel
Ensure tracking integrity across platforms - pixels, GA4, GTM, and conversion events
