Join us in designing and optimizing Amazon's end-to-end fulfillment network topology to deliver faster speed, lower cost, and higher capacity across the region. In this role, you will apply supply chain engineering and network modeling expertise to shape the physical and operational architecture of our transportation network, including node placement, lane structure, middle-mile routing, and capacity allocation decisions. Working within the Transportation and Network Planning team, you will have the opportunity to make significant impact by developing network design frameworks and infrastructure recommendations that define the future footprint and flow of our regional fulfillment operations.

As a Program Manager II, you will collaborate across multiple teams to evaluate and design network configurations that balance delivery speed commitments, cost-to-serve targets, and volume growth across geographies.



Your ability to translate operational constraints and demand patterns into concrete network design proposals — from lane activation and deprecation to node coverage expansion and topology simplification will drive strategic planning across our fulfillment network. Key job responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex, cross-functional programs focused on network design logistics and fulfillment operations, working autonomously while seeking guidance as needed.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to improve delivery speed metrics month-over-month, making appropriate trade-offs between time, quality, and resources.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and develop solutions that enhance the end-to-end fulfillment network performance.
