Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering medical care to employees, including handling emergencies, workplace injuries, and general health consultations. You’ll manage daily health records and productivity reports, lead safety inspections and help prevent health risks within the workplace. A key part of your role includes training staff in occupational health and safety practices, overseeing health campaigns, drills,



and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory health programs. You’ll also coordinate medical transfers if needed, monitor medical inventory, and guide wellness initiatives to foster a safer, healthier environment for all employees. Strong leadership, clear communication, and solid organizational skills will be vital to succeed in this role.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuniga.

General relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Provide care for employees in cases of illness, incidents, or work accidents
- Maintain daily records of medical care and activities, including productivity statistics
- Respond to emergencies, administer medical aid, and manage internal/external medical leaves
- Conduct inspections to detect unsafe conditions and promote prevention measu
