We are looking for an Associate with experience Real Estate law for our office in Mexico City.

The adecuado candidate will have the following:

A qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials.
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience real estate as a licensed attorney or with finished degree in process of getting the title.
Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking).
Interest in gaining experience over both areas.
Strong client service orientation - a "client first" mentality.
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients.
Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
High sense of urgency.
Respects and enjoys the diversity of backgrounds found in the firm and amongst our client base.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate agreements, including purchase agreements,



lease agreements, easements, and related documents.
Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions, including title review, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters.
Support environmental compliance and permitting processes, including permits, licenses, and filings with federal, state, and local authorities.
Analyze and research environmental regulations applicable to real estate developments, industrial operations, and infrastructure projects.
