Our MXCF Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for experienced, strategic leaders to join our team as an Operations Manager at our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) - the first of its kind in Mexico. As Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Area Managers and their respective departments, overseeing multiple shifts and being responsible for the end-to-end operations of significant portions of the facility. You will drive operational excellence through strategic planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and development of your leadership team while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and performance across operations.
Lead team of Area Managers and their departments across multiple shifts
Develop comprehensive data-driven action plans impacting entire building operations
Manage budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation
Drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics across all departments
Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives




Partner with senior leadership in Safety, Engineering, LP, QA, and HR
Create performance management systems driving accountability at all levels
Direct multiple Area Managers in shift planning, resource allocation, and operational execution
Conduct strategic Gemba walks to assess building-wide performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure standardization
Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with senior leadership
Manage critical projects that impact site-wide operations and network performance
Collaborate with regional teams on new initiatives and best practice implementation
You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence while developing future leaders and implementing strategic initiatives that shape the future of our network.
