Job Title: Manager, IT Site Services 1
Provide systems analysis, design, development and support for existing General IT Systems
Manage cross-functional projects
Manage a team of people to a common goal, as well as perform regular people leader activities - reviewing performance, approving employee compensation and coaching employees in terms of development
Oversee budgets and investments for small site
Integrate and manage external service suppliers
Perform and support change management activities
Knowledge of data analysis and ability to resolve complex process/system problems using financial, analytical and statistical models.
Knowledge of management methodologies and finance.
Good understanding of IT requirements for an end to end solution, including security, business continuity, disaster recovery, Risk analysis and prepare Business Case
Good ability to plan projects and tasks.
Knowledge of Celestica IT architecture strategies.




Understanding of IT Infrastructure & Networking & Application Development LifeCycle
Knowledge / experience with application integration and technical analysis
Understanding of SCM and manufacturing processes and ERP applications.
Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
