The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams,



optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to support program execution.
Monitor program performance related to cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Review manufacturing KPIs and drive corrective actions when performance targets are not achieved.
Drive execution of customer projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and commitments are completed on time.
Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts to cost, quality, and delivery.
Review program financial performance, including revenue, manufacturing costs, margins, and forecast accuracy.
