Perfil buscado
- 5+ years' experience in employee benefits, pensions, or insurance in Mexico (brokers - not insurance company)




- Strong understanding of the benefits ecosystem including mandatory statutory benefits.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A network of contacts and industry knowledge
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through.
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
