The company provides customer support, sales, back-office operations, and specialized outsourcing solutions while managing both talent acquisition and day-to-day operations. Its value proposition is centered on delivering high-quality talent, cultural alignment with U.The organization has already established key marketing foundations-including brand positioning, SEO, content initiatives, podcasts, and videos-and is now looking for an experienced marketing leader to transform these assets into a comprehensive demand generation strategy. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to significantly influence the company's commercial growth.
Transform existing marketing initiatives into a scalable demand generation engine.
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for target industries.




Create marketing strategies specifically designed for U.Manage the complete marketing funnel, from awareness through qualified pipeline generation.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness.
Develop financial models related to marketing investment, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Marketing automation
Produce and oversee marketing assets including:
LinkedIn content
Coordinate and manage external agencies and marketing vendors.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing and commercial objectives.
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership.
Build the future marketing organization as the company continues to grow.
7-10 years of B2B marketing experience.
