Carrier is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our engineering team focused on the development of embedded solutions for HVAC equipment controls and intelligent connected products. This role will play a key part in defining system requirements, supporting product development activities, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable embedded control solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in systems engineering, embedded products,



and requirements management, while supporting both new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives.
As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer , you'll be responsible for:
Supporting product development activities as a Systems Engineer throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, validation, reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams.
Supporting project planning activities, including scope, schedules, resources, and risk assessments.
Participating in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activities.
Contributing to both new product development and sustaining engineering projects.
Developing system‐level test cases and verification plans.
