Hello, we're L'Oréal, We're not just building brands, we're shaping how the world experiences beauty (and it takes a lot of cool jobs to do it). Reporting directly to the CIO of Mexico, you will act as the strategic interface between IT and our Corporate Digital and Data & Analytics business units.
Translate complex business requirements from Digital & Analytics teams into actionable IT demands.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align IT services with business priorities.
Project Delivery: Collaborate with IT specialists to design, develop, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives and technology adoption across Digital & Analytics units.
An agile, analytical collaborator with a strong technical background and business acumen.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing.
Solid experience managing complex IT projects within Digital, CRM, eCommerce, or Data & Analytics (BI, data visualization).
Proven track record of stakeholder management, negotiation, and change management.
