this role manages a portfolio of cargo claims and collaborates closely with Operations, Customers, Carriers, Insurance Partners, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to drive efficient claim resolution while protecting the company’s financial interests and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The position supports general customers and requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring consistent claim handling practices, effective communication, and compliance with corporate standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Law, International Business or related field
