Responsible for managing Toluna's market research projects, the Project Manager will represent Toluna to a diverse portfolio of clients across integral markets. This role is responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish within strict timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and high-quality results. The Project Manager will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting clients' strategic insights needs and serving as a trusted partner throughout the research lifecycle. This role will support LATAM clients and projects,



ensuring successful project execution, strong client relationships, and overall client satisfaction.

Manage Sample Only, Full Service, Field & Tab, and assisted DIY projects from setup through completion.
Act as the main operational point of contact for clients and provide regular project and fieldwork updates.
Review project requirements, including target audience, quotas, incidence rate, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Set up, launch, and monitor fieldwork, identifying risks and taking action to improve sample performance and delivery.
Manage quotas, sample allocation, completed reconciliation, and fieldwork troubleshooting.
Program basic surveys or coordinate with internal programming teams, ensuring survey logic and edits are implemented correctly.
Test survey links, quotas, redirects, and respondent flow before launch.
Coordinate data processing, coding, and tabulation requirements.
