A world-class manufacturing company is looking for a Materials & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain operations. This position plays a critical role in overseeing production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, and logistics execution to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor production schedules that effectively balance customer requirements, production capabilities, and resource availability. Direct material planning activities to guarantee uninterrupted supply of raw materials, purchased components, and production-critical items. Establish and maintain effective inventory management strategies to improve accuracy, reduce excess stock, and prevent material shortages. Manage all logistics functions, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities. Partner closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering,



and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient material flow throughout the operation. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements in key areas such as delivery performance, inventory optimization, forecast accuracy, and production schedule attainment. Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, process standardization, and service enhancement. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing materials and logistics team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
