Senior Key Account Executive LATAM About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to join the LATAM Commercial team of a leading multinational consumer products company. This role will be responsible for managing strategic customers, driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and executing commercial strategies aligned with business objectives. The adecuado candidate combines strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience working in multicultural environments while partnering with cross-functional teams across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across assigned LATAM markets. Design and execute commercial plans tailored to each market, including pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and product portfolio recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives. Monitor business performance through sales analysis, customer KPIs,



and promotional effectiveness, identifying risks and growth opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts and monitor profitability to support business planning and decision-making. Build long-term partnerships with key customers across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels. Develop presentations and business reviews using data-driven insights and performance metrics. Participate in regional projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement and commercial excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within the consumer products, retail, or FMCG industry .
