Role Summary: The Science Diet Brand Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies across commercial operations to achieve the financial and market share objectives. They lead the go-to-market planning behind innovation launches, promotional activations, traditional and digital media and 6P strategies for omni-channel customers. They ensure consistent and effective brand messaging to the veterinary profession/ consumer, and consistent consideration of retail environment specific needs/tactics. They are critical in creating and driving the execution of revenue growth management and simplification opportunities for the brand. Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Omni-Channel Execution : Align and implement omni-channel marketing, communication, and media strategies across traditional and digital platforms, using insights and analytics to capture key growth opportunities Go-To-Market & Innovation Leadership: Lead the strategic planning, market alignment, and launch execution for new products, re-launches,



and quarterly tentpole marketing activations Strategic 6P Planning & Metrics: Develop and align measurable 6P marketing plans, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and business health Portfolio & Revenue Management : Drive product portfolio management and identify revenue growth management and simplification opportunities across therapeutic nutrition categories Financial & Budget Accountability : Manage the allocated A&P; budget and support overall P&L; management to maximize return on marketing investments Commercial & Field Enablement: Design, produce, and hand over high-impact promotional materials to Sales Operations, ensuring field teams and veterinary conference strategies are fully equipped to win in the retail clinic environment Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing,
