Job Opportunity: Billing Manager | Mexico City | On-site
We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to lead the North America Billing function within a General Business Services (GBS) organization. This role will drive process standardization, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation across the Billing function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within GBS, Shared Services (SSC), Centers of Excellence (CoE), or BPO environments.
- Advanced English (required).
- Experience working with Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process optimization.
- Proven experience leading organizational change and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the North America Billing function and provide governance for complex billing processes.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.




- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions where needed.
