This role will own the end-to-end partnership marketing lifecycle — from strategy through execution — working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon Music.

They influence across external partners, internal teams, and geographies to deliver outcomes. They build consensus across diverse functions (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Development) and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Relationship Builder: They excel at fostering and maintaining strong relationships across all levels — from C-suite executives at partner organizations to internal stakeholders — demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to earn trust and influence.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: They have a natural curiosity for analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions. They dive deep into performance data to identify trends, reduce churn, and optimize the full customer lifecycle.
