Lead the Mexico Global Trade Compliance team and provide strategic direction for compliance activities.
Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, updating policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
Partner with Global Trade Compliance teams to standardize processes, tariff classifications, and trade programs.
Communicate regulatory changes and compliance risks to senior leadership.
Oversee tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and other trade compliance requirements.
Develop and improve trade compliance policies, internal controls, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing,



Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to support compliant general operations.
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
~7+ years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs, Import/Export, or International Trade.
~ Leadership experience managing trade compliance activities or teams.
~ Advanced English proficiency.
Master's degree in a related field.
Trade compliance certifications (Licensed Customs Broker, CCS, CUSECO, or equivalent).
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
