Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Tow Truck Dispatcher to coordinate towing and roadside assistance services for multiple towing companies. The adecuado candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize emergency situations, and ensure efficient dispatching of drivers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires exceptional English communication skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location
This position may be performed remotely or in-office in CDMX, depending on business needs and the candidate's qualifications. Remote employees must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet professional workspace, and the ability to work scheduled shifts without interruption. Remote employees are required to train in person in CDMX for 7 days

Schedule 1:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MDT
Schedule 2: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM MDT
Schedule 3: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM MDT
Schedule 4: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM MDT
Schedule 5: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM MDT
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and gather accurate service information.
Dispatch towing and roadside assistance requests to the most appropriate driver or towing company.
Schedule and assign jobs based on driver availability, location, equipment, and priority.
Provide customers with estimated arrival times and regular service updates.
Monitor active jobs from dispatch through completion.
Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure timely service.
Update customers regarding delays, changes, and job status.
Accurately enter customer and job information into dispatch software.
