Leading company is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to support Human Resources initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate training, onboarding, and development programs. Follow up on wellness, benefits, and employee experience initiatives. Organize internal events and communication activities. Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and records in the Human Resources system. Provide administrative support for HR projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Advanced English. Experience with HRIS preferred, as well as Microsoft Office. Availability to work under a hybrid schedule. Availability to work in Polanco with versátil hours based on business needs.
