What You'll Do Make and receive calls with prospective clients (primarily outbound cold calling)



Build rapport and engage potential customers professionally Pre-qualify prospects for Life Insurance and Final Expense quotes Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward Gather accurate customer information Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Sales Advisors Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance expectations Please Note: You will not be selling insurance. Licensed advisors handle all consultations and sales. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals with a strong sales mindset who are comfortable speaking with new people every day.
