We are seeking an AI Vendor Relationship Manager to manage the day-to-day relationship with strategic AI vendors and help translate vendor developments into practical implications for product strategy, activation (change management), governance, and delivery.

An adecuado candidate has experience as a Technology Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, Product Operations lead, vendor manager, or transformation PM who is comfortable working with product and technology teams and can turn complexity into clear next steps.

The team works closely with product strategy, activation, communications, technology, risk, legal, procurement, regional teams, and senior leadership.

Coordinate the full AI vendor lifecycle, including evaluation, onboarding, launch readiness, ongoing operations,



expansion, renewal, migration, and retirement, ensuring business, technical, governance, and colleague impacts are managed throughout.
Help activation teams translate AI vendor and product changes into practical implications for user communications, training, adoption planning, and feedback loops.
Support the team’s management with concise, decision-ready updates on AI vendor-related risks, dependencies, open questions, and escalation needs.

Summarize AI vendor and product updates for product teams, activation, PMO, technology, risk, legal, procurement, and leadership audiences.
Prepare vendor performance inputs, QBR materials, renewal-readiness summaries, and concise leadership updates on value, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
Plan and coordinate vendor capability retirements, ensuring clear communications, migration planning, documentation updates, and stakeholder alignment
