The Opportunity





The Digital Planning Transformation program is a integral initiative designed to modernize how the organization plans, reports, and makes decisions. The goal is to move all Operating Units to a single, standardized planning and performance reporting platform, enabling real-time insights, reducing manual work by eliminating Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF-based reporting, and delivering a user-friendly, agile performance management tool: Cockpit.

As a SPOT / Cockpit Senior Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between the business and technology teams. You will partner with Sectors and Functions to understand reporting needs and translate them into high-quality digital dashboards and reporting solutions within Cockpit, the company’s global performance reporting platform used by 7,000+ users with over 175,000 monthly views.
