The Global Physical Security Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Carrier's global physical access control and security systems. As a Global Physical Security Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Own the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for physical access control and enterprise security systems.
Lead global transformation initiatives to standardize security technologies, processes, and controls.
Ensure operational excellence of enterprise access control platforms supporting secure business operations.
Lead and develop a team of security system administrators and technical specialists.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
~8+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or security systems.
~ Experience leading integral programs, initiatives, or security operations across multiple regions.




~ Experience with enterprise access control platforms such as Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, C-Cure, Pro-Watch, or similar solutions.
~ PMP, CISSP, PSP, or related certifications.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or global operational environments.
