As we continue scaling aggressively, we're rebuilding our in-house creative department around a POD structure and are looking for our first Senior Creative Strategist to lead one of those pods..

The Role

This isn't a "brief writer" role.





We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who owns the entire creative performance loop—from customer research and concept development to briefing, creative review, performance analysis, and iteration.

You'll lead your own creative POD, working alongside editors, designers, and a UGC Manager to consistently produce winning Meta ads that scale.

This role combines strategy, leadership, copywriting, creative direction, and performance marketing.

What You'll Own

Own Your Creative POD

You'll be responsible for one dedicated creative pod consisting of:
- Video Editors
- Graphic Designer
- UGC Manager

As the pod lead, you'll:
- Set creative direction
- Review creative output
- Coach team members
- Maintain quality standards
- Keep
