As Manager, Integral Infrastructure Programs, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact technology and operations initiatives across global teams.

- Provide senior-level oversight for a portfolio of cross-functional technology and operations initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects directly as needed
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, setting expectations for delivery quality and execution standards
- Drive effective change management, risk mitigation, and operational readiness across initiatives
- Own portfolio-level budget planning, forecasting, and financial discipline in partnership with finance and leadership
- Deliver clear, executive-level visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and financial health
- Establish and reinforce delivery governance, documentation standards, and operational handoffs
