Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Fluency in spoken and written English. - 8+ years of payroll experience across Mexico, including ownership of end-to-end payroll processes. - Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, social security regulations, tax legislation, and payroll compliance requirements. - Experience working with payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. - Experience supporting payroll operations within a shared services or general organization, where you've helped streamline processes across multiple countries or entities. - Exposure to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls, audit processes, or regulated environments where stro
