We are a integral company expert in retail looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
Deploy and execute trade marketing strategies across all channels, including retail partners, to achieve sell-out and channel expansion objectives for the company.
Responsibilities & Objectives
- Enhance exhibitions and communication on the sales floor.
- Align with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and communication.
- Develop and distribute POP materials and displays nationwide.
- Plan and negotiate special in-store displays and promotional events.
- Plan and coordinate sell-out acceleration events.
- Monitor the correct communication of promotions on the sales floor.
- Ensure the availability of giveaway materials for sales floor activities.
- Develop training materials and coordinate and supervise training activities.
- Align trade marketing strategies and follow-up activities with Trainers.
- Coordinate the timely execution of Trade Marketing initiatives to increase market share.
- Report equipment failures identified on the sales floor to the After Sales team.




- Conduct market price mapping and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate Dealers Expo coverage.
- Manage supplier invoice payment processes.
- Prepare quarterly reports on sales floor activities and reimbursement expenses.

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Advanced English is required.
