We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead complex development initiatives, solve technical challenges, and contribute to the design and architecture of our legal technology solutions. Act as a technical lead and point of contact for external technology partners.
Provide expert guidance on coding and technical issues.
Resolve advanced bugs and performance issues.
Design and manage complex data models.
Participate in cross-functional planning and project execution.




10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
~ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
~ Proficiency in English and Spanish.
~ Based in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office.
~ NET (C#) and JavaScript (Angular), and modern development tools.
~ Expertise in data modeling, optimization, and test-driven development.
~ Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
