Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead and coordinate the Plant Cost Analysis team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial objectives, and operational priorities.
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering technical expertise, professional growth, and career development.
- Oversee plant cost analysis activities, including product cost validation, cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis (POV, PPV, CCV).
- Collaborate with Plant Cost Analysts,



Supply Chain, Integrated Operations, and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve plant performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and internal and external audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process optimization, standardization, and operational excellence across the team that drives productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering high-quality service and resolving operational challenges effectively.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
