Job Title :: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer Location :: Mexico (Remote) Job Type :: Contract Job Description We are seeking a strong and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to lead QA work across Salesforce platforms. In this role, resoruce will bridge the gap between manual functional testing and automated test execution. Candidate is responsible for validating and ensuring the fucntionality, quality, reliability, performance of our Salesforce platform, testing both standard configurations and integrations. The idóneo candidate will champion quality best practices, independently lead the work, and ensure accountability Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Testing Strategy: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. • Salesforce Ecosystem Testing: Conduct rigorous functional and regression testing on Salesforce platforms, and Lightning interfaces. Validate Custom Objects, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and validation rules.



• Manual & Functional Testing: Perform exploratory, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for complex business workflows where automation is not yet implemented or feasible. • Integration & API Testing: Verify seamless data flow between Salesforce and third-party applications using API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured. • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using Jira (or similar tools). Work closely with developers and Salesforce Administrators to perform root-cause analysis. • • Automation Framework Management: Build, scale, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce using industry-standard tools (any automation experience) not mandatory • Release Management: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, GitHub Actions) and manage sandbox testing environments. • Agile Leade
