Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a driven, professional, and relationship-focused
Admissions Director
to lead our admissions process and serve as a key liaison between hospitals, referral partners, patients, families, and our clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all admissions and referral activities for the facility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community referral sources.
- Review referrals and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine admission appropriateness.




- Coordinate patient admissions, room assignments, and transition planning.
- Meet with residents and families to provide information and facilitate a smooth admission process.
- Maintain census development efforts and support occupancy goals.
- Track admission metrics, referral trends, and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Partner closely with clinical leadership to promote quality patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous admissions, marketing, business development, healthcare sales, or case management experience preferred.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
