To support our aggressive growth strategy in the Western US and Mexico we are recruiting a Key Account Manager (KAM) that will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships. This position leads commercial activities, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and develops strategies that achieve revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction. The KAM also serves as the customer’s advocate within the organization, ensuring products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities and Expectations • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact. • Achieve annual sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth objectives for assigned accounts. • Identify, develop,
