Position Summary Provide comprehensive support to operations through effective labor relations management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, monitoring absenteeism and turnover, overseeing employee services, and supporting HR administrative processes. This role contributes to a stable work environment and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Language Requirements Intermediate to Advanced English needed, to validate on the 1st interview. Labor Relations & Operational Support Respond to and follow up on labor-related issues affecting operational employees. Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and the company for labor relations matters. Ensure consistent application of the Internal Work Rules and company policies. Support supervisors and department managers in employee relations and conflict resolution. Maintain ongoing communication with operations to ensure staffing headcount requirements are met. Absenteeism & Turnover Management Monitor, analyze, and develop strategies to improve absenteeism and turnover metrics. Track employee absences,



tardiness, medical leaves, and authorized time off. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. Prepare periodic reports for HR management and Operations. Personnel Administration Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes. Prepare and process employment terminations, resignations, and final settlements in compliance with labor laws. Ensure a smooth and compliant offboarding process for operational employees. Maintain accurate employee files and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping. Payroll Administration Collect, validate, and process payroll-related incidents, including absences, overtime, medical leave, and employee leave requests.
