About the Position:
The O&M; Manager – Mexico is responsible for leading the Operations & Maintenance activities for utility-scale renewable energy assets across Mexico, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations throughout the asset lifecycle. Reporting to the LATAM O&M; Manager, this role drives operational excellence by leading field teams, managing contractors and client relationships, optimizing asset performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering contractual commitments aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Leadership – Leads the day-to-day Operations & Maintenance activities across assigned renewable energy assets, ensuring the safe,



reliable, and efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance while providing leadership and direction to field teams.
- Asset Performance & Maintenance Strategy – Develops and implements maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts planning, and equipment reliability initiatives to maximize plant availability, optimize performance, and achieve contractual KPIs while minimizing downtime.
- Team Leadership & Development – Leads, coaches, and develops Site Supervisors, Field Technicians, Electricians, and other site-based personnel, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
