Role Overview The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is the key operational resource under the direct supervision of the Corporate Controller at EASO HUB. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect, structure, and deliver financial information from Mexico operations to the Finance team at Hub Group headquarters in the United States, ensuring that all data complies with US GAAP standards and meets the formats and deadlines required by the parent company. This is not a bookkeeping role — it is a financial translation role. The candidate converts Mexican accounting (NIF / SAT)
into executive-ready US GAAP reports that Hub Group USA can consume directly. Strong written English and US GAAP proficiency are non-negotiable. 2. Education & Credentials Dimension Requirement Level Bachelor's Degree Accounting (CPA), Finance, or Business Administration Critical Specialization / Graduate Diploma or certification in US GAAP / IFRS (preferred) Preferred English B2–C1 level · Fluent written and spoken technical/financial English Critical Excel / BI Tools Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query). Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Critical 3.
