Reporting to a senior executive leader, the Vice President, Global Client Strategy (Marketing) will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing client outcomes, operational performance, and business growth across a portfolio of key general Healthcare and Financial accounts. This role partners closely with senior account leaders and cross-functional teams to drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and deliver measurable business impact.
The successful candidate will support the development and execution of strategic programs designed to improve marketing effectiveness, elevate client experiences, optimize operational performance, and support growth within complex and highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and support the deployment of transformation initiatives for Healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with industry trends such as client-centric marketing, regulatory compliance, omnichannel engagement, real-world data insights, and digital health enablement.




- Partner with account leadership and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance. Encourage data-driven decision-making and the adoption of innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding complex regulatory environments and patient/customer needs. Position our company as a strategic partner in marketing execution, innovation, and digital transformation across healthcare ecosystems.
- Collaborate with commercial and account leadership to develop go-to-market strategies to expand footprint within Consumer Health/Healthcare, including the pharma segment.
