Félix is expanding its physical footprint with a network of hubs and seeks an experienced Hub Operations Lead. You will own end-to-end hub setup, from site search to handoff, and manage existing spaces with brand and cultural standards across markets in the U.S. and LatAm.
You’ll travel regularly, manage vendors and budgets, build a playbook for scale, and lead a small team as the network grows, ensuring operations run smoothly and reflect Félix's community-first ethos.
