As a Key Customer Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by leading and nurturing strategic partnerships with key retail accounts.



You will be the bridge between our category strategies and the account's shopper strategies- ensuring our products move seamlessly into store aisles, off the shelves, and into consumers' homes as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

Main Responsibilities
- Account Expertise & Strategic Partnership: Build deep relationships across the retailer's organization (Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations) to understand their business needs, anticipate future trends, and deliver proactive, value-adding solutions.
- Business Planning & Negotiation: Execute commercial strategy and negotiation plans focused on total business value-balancing price and investment with supply chain efficiency, promotional effectiveness, category growth, and shopper insights.
