Responsibilities





This role will bring a knowledge of learning principles and understanding of the PepsiCo learning strategy to work with business stakeholders and learning COE for translating business requirements into intentional and effective learning experiences. The role will be responsible for understanding the LAAS model in Pepsico and manage the activation and delivery of timely and quality services to enable learning experiences. This role will manage complex learning projects involving multiple stakeholders and serve as the single threaded owner to manage stakeholder updates, communications and also manage internal stakeholders, SLAs and any escalations for learning projects.
