About The Role

Carrier is seeking an Associate Engineer, Draft/Product Definition to support the development and maintenance of light commercial HVAC products through the creation of high-quality engineering documentation and product definition deliverables.

In this role, you will work closely with product engineers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop 3D models, engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation that support product releases, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers looking to build expertise in product design, HVAC technologies, and engineering best practices within a global organization.
