Role Overview

As the SAP Supply Chain Transformation Lead, you will lead initiatives that improve end‑to‑end supply chain processes across manufacturing, planning, materials, and warehouse operations. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to shape SAP‑enabled solutions that strengthen execution, improve visibility, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP supply chain transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Partner with stakeholders in operations, procurement, planning, logistics, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Manufacturing and SCM capabilities.




- Drive process improvement efforts across areas such as Production Planning (PP), Variant Configuration (VC), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), and Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP).
- Coordinate implementation activities from blueprinting through testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
- Help ensure process alignment across SAP and related business functions, including master data, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor execution, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that support reliability, efficiency, and business continuity.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to support training, documentation, and adoption of new processes.
